JOSEPH VITLER  was the seventh child of William & Emma Vitler.  He was born c1820 in Hooe, Sussex, and died 1853 in Hooe, Sussex.  He married LOUISA PARKER 02 Apr 1848 in St Oswald's Church, Hooe, Sussex, daughter of WILLIAM PARKER and ELIZABETH.  She was born 1825 in Ninfield, Sussex, and died 1895 in Bexhill, Sussex.
