Annie and George with their children c1930 Annie Maria Vitler was born in Shorne, Kent on 10 May 1885, the daughter of George & Maria Vitler. She married George Stephen Scaggs on 11 April 1909. He was the son of Oliver & Emma Scaggs, and was born on 20 February 1883 in Gravesend, Kent. Annie and George had nine children born between 1909 and 1927. The family lived in Shorne, Kent. George died on 27 October 1953, and Annie died on 12 November 1965, aged 80.
